Starting February 9, 2026, TIPP Customer Care will be moving to a new and improved online claims management portal — LeavePro. LeavePro will be more user-friendly, with faster processing and enhanced support features.

Welcome! You can register your claims management account today, but starting February 9, you will need to register again to upgrade to LeavePro. To register, go to TIPP Self-Service, click on “New User?” and complete the registration steps.
Already have an account?
We’re upgrading your experience! You can continue using your current account, but starting February 9, you’ll need to register a new account to manage your claims in LeavePro. Go to TIPP Self-Service, click on “New User?” and complete the registration steps. You will only need to register once.
